COMMON QUESTIONS?

1.  What are the full names and addresses of the hotels?

2.  We are in our late seventies are there any provisions made in case one of us is unexpectedly ill? 

 

• So our policy is a $1000 non-refundable deposit to book per person. If you cancel before the next payment you lose that amount - after your second payment if you have to cancel - I try to sell your package for you and if I do - you get a full refund including the deposit.  I would suggest looking into travel insurance for this package. 

 

3.  I would be buying 2 tickets and we would occupy the same double room.  Is there any discount for that or use of AARP or AAA?

 

• No, I am sorry there are no discounts as we are a Tour Operator

   

4.  Would a ticket be transferable if one of us cannot attend?

 

• Tickets are transferrable up until a week out from the event. 

   

5.  Would a check drawn on a US credit union be acceptable?

 

•  Yes, we have a US account here and I deposit your US cheque in that account. 

 

We have 22 people going to Montreal in March and have offered World Figure Skating Tours in LA, Boston, Calgary, Vancouver and now Montreal. 

 

We have been selling packages since 1996 and have 30 valued customers who have gone with me for the past 20 years .
