CXA is an approved Vendor with the Edmonton Public,  Catholic, Red Deer and Saskatchewan school boards. We are proud to announce that for the 2021-2022 season.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS?

 

1.    We can offer school tours to large or smaller groups;

  • 26 students same rates with no extra fee

  • Low risk to the school of cancellation

    • 15-25 students for the small increase

  • We include the majority of meals - outlined below under the different tour options

  • We will do our best to ensure your tour goes

 

2.     We supply a professionally trained Tourguide on every tour;

  •   certified Tourguide means:

    • Liaison with bus, hotel, and resort

    • Coordinate itinerary​

    • Hand out lift tickets and lunch vouchers

    • check in to the hotel 

    • organize supper 

    • works directly with teachers

    • All Tourguides have First Aid & Criminal Checks

3.      Personalized online booking if required;

   •   We design your school a personalized online booking form offering

   •   Parents to sign up their child and pay with Visa / Mastercard

   •   Parents to fill out online tour waivers

   •   Outline any dietary needs for their child

Specifically, our self-drive tour package typically includes accommodations, lift passes, and additional activities at discounted rates during weekends and/or midweek. For our corporate or group outings, we offer Fly N’ Ski/Snowboard package which already includes flights with West jet from Edmonton to Kelowna, lift tickets and accommodation in the Big White Resort which is famed for its stunning snow view.
