The dates of the event are March 24-30,  2025

Booking policies are as follows:

  • $1000.00 US non-refundable deposit at the time of booking 

    • First, come first booked with deposit. ​

  • $1000.00 US - August 31, 2024

  • Final balance - January 15, 2025

 

Payment options are:

  • Email transfer, wire transfer or cheque no fees

  • Credit card is a 3.2% surcharge
